Has anyone else tried this on Windows 7?

It is pretty much unplayable because it runs too fast like everything is on fast forward

Even walking is like running and driving is too fast to cope with, my eyes can't even keep up yet the frame rate still says 30 - 40 fps.

I have no idea why this happens and I have tried setting Vsync etc and all high settings but it doesn't fix this issue.

I never thought that I would ever be complaining about Saints Row running too fast. I hope it doesn't run like this on Vista.
