We cannot really see at what settings and FPS he runs that. I can also make a beautifull screenshot with my X700 but with 2 FPS.

Why is that surprising? The X1600 is a very capable card. Sure its not high end but its very good at running current games at nice levels. Its the equivilent of a desktop X800 - a card I'm still using and can play new games like FEAR, Battlefield 2 and Oblivion on settings that look very nice.

It'll only truly start to show its age with the next wave of games really.

A picture cannot show off the capabilities of the S96j. Havok is right, the X1600 is an amazing card, runs well, and also stays cool for some part. Unless some intensive games come out(Crysis) then this card will actuall will have to work.

The argument is that a screenshot proves nothing. If i put details to max and take a screenshot of it looking amazing on my go7300, would you belive i have playable framerates?

Im not saying the x1600 is crap, but if your gona want to prove something then a video of some fighting with fraps in the corner. Now that would be awsome.

thats what i meant . young chi has a screenshot without any number for fps.
but if someone from the forum can give us a few screenshots than he could also tell us at what fps he is running it .
