    Hi,
My friend has the Acer Aspire 3680, which is generally sold at a very low price (370 on sale- 550), mainly because it's so slow. However, once you install XP instead of Vista, it runs fine. Here are its specs:

    Intel Celeron M processor 440
    1.86 GHz
    512 mb ram

I thought of getting it just because I know how it runs and it's a good price.

I was wondering if the GMA 950 can run Second Life, because I don't really play games much, but I do play SL. Has anyone tried SL on a gma 950? If it does run, and I do decide to get the laptop, should I upgrade the memory for it?

    Thanks very much

It will play. Upgrade to 1 GB of RAM if not 2. Ram Deals.

Thanks for the help.. Do you think upgrading Ram will help the framerate? Sorry, I am not experienced in this area.

    Upgrading RAM will help, yes.
