Just bought TF2, and with every server I try to join, it says "Server not responding". However, after clicking countless times, I can finally join a server (I have to go through each server, hoping one will, perchance, let me in). Once I'm on the server, I don't get disconnected.

Any help is much appreciated :)

The connection could simply be timing out.

Sort your server list by latency. You want servers with a low latency. Browse through the list now and join a server with low latency.

I'm betting that will do the trick.

Also make sure you refresh your server list each time you try to join one.
