Is there a way I can set up a CSS dedicated server so that you could run cpu players on it as well as real people. Pretty much the same as LAN, but over the internet.

Yes I have done this before, but the problem is it does not allow me to add cpu players to the server. Or is there a way you can add them.

havent done it in forever, but you should be able to just choose how many players for both teams, and how many players allowed on map. then your friends will replace the npcs as they come in and the teams will stay even.

All is good. I figured out how to get Hamachi to work with it. Even though I have to host it while I play it still works fine. All I had to do was enter sv_lan 0 into the console while playing then my friend could connect.

Wait so your saying I can host it though the server and it will automatically have npcs? I think last time I tried a dedicated server it did not add any npcs to the game just limited the amount of people that could join.
