Anybody here pick this up yet? I just got it tonight. The soundtrack is awesome! I haven't really gotten into a fair deal but the options in the graphics setting are fairly poor. It only gives 3 options: 800x600, 1024x768 & 1280x720.

It's not playing well on at all on my 8600m (9-15 FPS on max settings) but even on low settings the FPS are barely staying at 20.

Wow, only three resolutions? And I see you have almost the exact same setup I do, so I guess I'll pass this up for now.

Yeah - sounds like another poor console port. Thanks for reporting your performance though . . . it will save some people frustration.

It is very badly optimized .. tried medium/high settings which should be enough for around 23-27fps, but random slowdows, pop-ins, texture flickering and weird controls make this quite impossible to play.

Yea it is a poor port and I heard the Wii is the best version of that game plus with the balance board it makes it better.

I've tried everything but I guess you're right, the game is poorly optimized. This game is definitely not worth playing on low settings. It seems like the past few months way too many games have come out with poor optimizations.

On the other hand, it runs really well on my 8800 but it doesn't do justice to the 24" screen.

I don't think the immersion will be there...

I don't think the word immersion can make that sentence have any relevant meaning
