I know this is not the first thread about this game, but i'm sure we don't want it to be the last :) as some may know, shogun 2 has been announced to have dx11 support which is good news, however, being the game very detailed, with over 55000 units on the field plus buildings and terain, it won't be easy for a 5870m to ready it maxed out, 1600*900, everything on above 23-26 FPS
so what i'd like to know is there is any current mobile GPU caPable of doing that when the game comes out

if CF5870's struggle in Metro 2033 with Directx 11, I'm not sure how Shogun will fair. That being said, there are games with directx 11 that work just fine on a 5870, but I would estimate they're significantly less detailed than STW2 will be as well.

    ??? i thought CF5870 in Metro 2033 maxed it out easily w/ dx11

I get ~ 20-25fps 40-50% of the game sometimes in the small areas more, the rest, I have to scale it down to high details or even Directx 10 in order to prevent it from dipping into the teens or single digits. Granted I have a 720, so mabye the 920 or future 940 gives it enough boost to put it above 25fps. Otherwise no, it is not playable maxed out.
