    Silly GPU question

    When I review my purchase order under GPU it says 256mb Geforce go 8600, that's the same as 256mb 8600m GT correct?

    Just curious why it says that in my order sheet.

    If it was for another brand I'd be cautious and make sure it wasn't an 8600M GS, but since Dell only uses the GT you're safe.

    Lol, looks like Dell hasn't caught up with the times...

    The 8 series mobile GPU's are now labeled with a "M" after the number, not with a "Go" in front of the number like the 7 series :p.
