    If you want graphics, you can't beat Solitaire in Vista. Pure pwnage!

    Popcap makes quite a few simple yet fun games. I really like Bejeweled and Zuma. My only complaint is they cost about $20 but I think you can play them for free online and I know you can download all the demos first for free anyway.
