    A bit subjective but I guess there are many people who agree with you there.
    I had personally had no problems taking my GT70 which was 8.6lbs around with me to work.

    I guess it depends on how much you're shuffling around, and what other stuff you have to carry with you. As a university student I always had half a dozen binders and a few textbooks in my backpack, so there was a lot of bulk in addition to the volume. Didn't that help that the administration seemed to take pleasure in scheduling back to back classes at opposite ends of the campus. :mad:
