so i got my notebook a while back but because of a virus got my comp wiped so i reloaded the OS less than a week ago but since my graphics have steadily declined to the point i was getting 30 fps and now getting 10, i have a ati radeon 1200 integrated btw.
i was wondering if anyone knows what would cause this and know of a solution, before i had to reload i was getting 30 fps and that was for about 4 months.

Reinstall drivers. Refer to Chaz's guide.

Exactly. Reinstall the drivers. And see if there are any extra programs running in the background..
