Got a quick question ladies and gentlemen. What is the smallest notebook with an 8600 series card? Right now it looks to be 15.4". Will this change? I am guessing they won't be in smaller laptops due to heat issues. Any info would be appreciated. Sorry if this has been asked before.

I do believe that the smallest notebook with 8600 cards are 15.4" notebooks. I doubt they could change, Has anyone opened up their notebook to see what the video card looks like ( I haven't opened at my notebook with the 8600 card)?

I doubt that the 8600m GT card will go to smaller notebooks. It'd be too big to fit in? Even if they did, there won't be enough room for the other important hardware?\

Edit: Whoa, 3 people posted on the same time. Cool. :D XD

Check with them to see how much the duties and taxes will be if you import it, AFAIK it would additionally set you back quite a chunk of $.

    Well according to this thread:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=130459

the shipping is 50 euros and the is no duties/custom charges since it a "Portable automatic data processing machines" but there might be other taxes like sales(depending on state). It would be best to contact them first and see if they can assist you.
