The game is fairly optimized well on the PC.
The game is fun for old school Sniper Elite fans especially with the X-Ray kill cam.
There are new mechanics implemented into the game where when you fire your weapon enemies may hear the sound and you are required to move to a different location from being detected.
The AI is pretty bad in normal settings where you can walk right up next to an enemy or in front of him and knife him.
There are some confusing way points.
Overall the game is pretty good
Rating 7.5/10
This is what the game looks like on the best settings and it looks pretty good on the PS4 PC Ultra Settings 1080p

Those Sniper Elite games are OK, but way overpriced at $50-$60 new IMHO. The first two just didn't seem like finished games, like they were put together by a small team with little to no testing. I do like games made by smaller teams or individuals even, but I even then there's ways to get decent polish on them with some open beta testing.

I played Sniper Elite 2 in single player and couldn't be bother. Then 6 months later played it in co-op with a mate and loved it.
