Hi,
I think it would be silly question for you, but anyway - could anyone tell me what software shows fps and other settings during the game?? And what fps level implies good performance - 25 fps, 30 fps?

30FPS is the minimum I go for. I wouldn't play with anything less than that.
Download a program called FRAPS. It is a very simple program that will measure FPS, and you can tell it to take videos and screenshots as well. -
Thanks.

yeah playing at 25-30 fps is realy the absoulte minimum what annoys me though is when your playing a game at about 50 fps and it drops to bellow 25 fps and the speeds back up again, i just find that annoying.

yeh my pc does that with quake4 on ultra detail settings at 1280x1024
High settings dont slowdown at all but i don't notice any difference in texture detail or grahpics in general -
yep.. fps drops are more annoying than anything else, that's why i prefer a linear framerate instead of high graphics.
Software for fps measure??
