What's up everyone....I have an issue on my hands that I can't figure out. I recently downloaded the new X-treme G drivers for my Go 7800. I load up Prey, which I normally play on high settings w/ NO problems whatsoever....but when I loaded it up, it was choppy as hell and the framerate was crap.

So I reverted back to the previous driver that I had and the framerate is still crap.....where do I go from here??

Sounds like your card may have gone into battery saving mode. If you go into your Nvidia control pannel it should be somewhere in there.

Same problem with when I had with my 6.7 Omega drivers. The widescreen squishes itself into thin screen and when I reverted in 6.5 Omega, problem was still there when my 6.5 Omega was fine beforehand. Steps to take:

    1. Use the System Restore utility to revert to a time where your system ran fine without the new drivers.

    2. Hate to say this but you'll have to re-install

    3. Don't know about this but try reverting back to your stock drivers or Nvidia's forceware drivers, not custom or alternative drivers for you!

    Hope I helped! Daniel
