I recently bought the HP dv7t quad core, and I'm having a few issues with a couple games.

I have the Radeon 6770M GPU, and can post more specs if you need.

    Here's the issues i'm having...

Titan Quest Demo - Blue Screen crash - Video memory manager has encountered a fatal error.
King's Bounty - Same as above
    Trine - Runs choppy
    Spiral Knights - Runs choppy
The Witcher 1 - Actually runs decent...the best out of all my games.
Dungeon Seige 3 Demo - Really choppy, even on medium settings.

I'm a fairly big gaming noob, but this laptop came recommened by this board, and a few other people (for under 1,200).

    Any advice? Thanks...

Have you installed a new driver for the GPU? Have you followed a safe way to install it*?

    * Safe way to install graphic drivers: (to avoid conflict between the new and old files)
    - Download new driver.
    - Uninstall old driver.
    - Restart.
    - Install new driver.
    - Restart.

Some people love to do in between a driver registry clean but I've never found it useful. I've heard the new drviers from ATI can install themselves correctly but I've no experience on it.

    Hope it helps ;)
