I wanted to know the importance of these things to the graphics cards:
Pipelines, Core Speed, Shader Speed, Memory Speed, as I've been reading some articles with these specs of some of the graphics cards and wanted to know their impact so I can decide which 1 to get.

Notebookcheck gets a lot of bad press on these boards, but with that grain of salt (with which it must be taken, I agree), it is the single most useful place to compare GPUs. They are the only site that I know of to compile such an exhaustive list. Chaz's list does not include the most recent cards (260, 280, etc.) and does not supply numbers.

I agree that the numbers on notebookcheck aren't perfect, but they are the best around. What you can't trust, however, is their ranking (order listed), which sometimes seems pretty random.

the list doesn't include them because we don't know enough about it.
