Im having to decide between these two laptops depending mainly on their graphics cards. So I have 2 questions.
Sony AR41L PC World:

Sony FZ11M PC World:

First, on the basic overview tab (product information) It says for the FZ11M that is has "512MB nVidia GeForce GO 6400 Graphics".
Although when you click the "Features and Specifications" tab it comes up:
Graphics Card Type Nvidia GeForce 8400M
Graphics Memory 832 MB
Hope that made sence. Why is that? Is that a typo or something? I dont know because I saw the same thing on another site. And why is the graphics memory different, is it to do with it being dedicated or something?
Second question is simply, overall, which GPU is better? I have a feeling its the 8400. Which is annoying because of this typo confusion thingy.

Anyone know answer to these questions?

the 8400 will be better than the 6400
do keep in mind that they're both budget cards (low end!)
i think the 41L has an 8600M, which is what you'll need if you want to game a bit ... but, it has a 17" screen (up to you whether you want that or not)

Nope, both the FZ and AR have Nvidia GeForce Go 8400m GT cards, except the FZ has a total gfx memory of 850mb or something, wheras the AR has 128mb. Any more opinions/suggestions?

If they're both indeed 8400m GT's, they would both have 128 Mb of VRAM, the 832 that's stated is mostly turbocache from the system memory. Given that the 8400m GT is only a midrange card, the amount of VRAM would be insignificant anyways.
It seems like as far as video goes, both laptops would be equal, however I prefer the FZ just because of its looks. It's a very slim and sleek laptop and would be able to handle a decent amount of modern games at low to mid settings.
