Bought this laptop nearly a year ago, but I've been so crazy busy I haven't even had the chance to test it's gaming power (and compared to all my previous silly integrared cards laptops this is a powerhouse), except for Fifa 09 now and then. In Fifa 09 the screen went blurry when it moves, only way to play was in widescreen camera so the picture was still not moving left or right. Figured it was the game as this laptop should really have zero problem playing Fifa 09. But now I downloaded Just Cause 2 demo, beautiful game, but as soon as I move the slightest it blurs. Itried to play a bit but after 5 minutes I got a severe headache. It remind me of 15 year old lcd screens where everything got blurry. Hey I can accept it can't play Just cause 2, but since the same blurriness occured in Fifa 09, a game that bhis laptop should beat the crap out of, something tells me its wrong. Please help! I have no clue, absolutely zero clue on this tech stuff so bare with me!

Are you playing at native resolution (I.E. your display's resolution)?

"turn off motion blur?" - How do I do that? : )

Yes in the JC2 demo case I used the native resolution 1900x1080. But like I said, I'm ok with if its having problems with a quite new game with lot of demanding power, but Fifa 09 is a joke.

Can I change the refresh rate at my screen?

The blur is not a function of your graphics power, but a video setting in the game. If I recall correctly, you can turn it off in the "Video" settings in the game.

Duh, motionblur in the game settings. Turned off, no blur, LOL. Why the h**l do they even have such an option? Still a bit choppy though, did the benchmark route and it was 10-15fps.

Fifa 09 is still a mystery though.

And thank you very much for pointing me to that motion blur!
