Firstly, I do not have any copy circumventing software on my computer. I installed the full, purchased retail version of Battlefront II.
Now FEAR Combat won't work - even though it's a free game, I get message "Required Security module cannot be activated" - I looked it up and apparently its a common problem and Sony don't give a **** as it only happens with a few games...
So basically, after paying 30 notes for Battlefront 2, I am left totally unable to play FEAR Combat anymore, uninstalling the game does not make a difference...
**** you sony! First the cd software crap illegally being installed on pcs, and now this rubbish.

I have this problem with SW:Empire at War on my desktop. Does not even load up. I did registry clean, installed it on a completely different drive, defrag, tried different product key to see if it was a product key problem, NOTHING!

Cant you reinstall windows and not install that thing? or maybe uninstall it?

But I want to Play Battlefront II you see...great game...shame about the total ****ed up security system which has ruined 2 other great games. -
Have you tried reinstalling your windows?
I know its a pain in the a** but would you rather play those games or sit there and be pis**d off at SONY?
