I am seeing yellow and white speckles that appear when I'm running games/appications at my monitiors native (1680x1050) resolution.

It is most apparent in Counter-Strike:Source. When I bump the resolution down they go away. They also go away when I change my external monitor output from HDMI to VGA.

I have a 8600M GT card - latest nForce drivers. Windows Vista 64bit.
