    I don't own a mobile nVidia GPU, but you might try getting WHQL drivers from nVidia.com

    WHQL means an official release that has been tested and varified.
    i recommend 186.81 which is the latest official driver.
    if you havnt installed a graphics driver before say so and ill post the safest way to do it as its not just download and install.
