    Hi.

I love star trek games, and am thinking of buying an xbox360 just for this game.

I know you can get it for the PC, but which is best.

    thanks.

    John.

PS. I also love Halo, will Halo3 be released for the Xbox360.

You can play both Halo and Halo 2 on the Xbox 360.

Halo 3 will come out for the Xbox 360 later on this year.

The Xbox 360 is a great console, and with Xbox Live its even better.

Be sure to pick up Gears of War.

Well the 360 version is better than the PC version. The PC release is abysmal. You can't change the controls (a critical error, trust me), the game crashes ALL the time, and to top it all off they didn't even finish programming the bloody thing before they shipped it! Seriously! !))(!@*&@(*&)(!@*ing garbage.

Anyway IMO Legacy isn't that great; more akin to an arcade game than a simulator like SFC or Armada. It's not very deep and isn't worth replaying that often. Skirmish mode is nice, if you can find some people to play with. It's certainly not worth the investment in a 360 if that's your ONLY reason. But if you were going to get a 360 anyway, it's not a bad game to snag on sale or when the price tanks later on.

I'm not sure that buying a 360 just for Stark Trek: Legacy is such a good idea. But the 360 does have a great online service and many great games to choose from that make it worth purchasing. And yes, Halo 3 will be coming to the 360... in fact, it will be a 360 exclusive; though it may come to PC in like 3 years.
