I was hoping it would be in that in between time between the original with Kirk movies and TNG series, fun time to explore with TOS and TNG tech.

Yeah I've been following swtor for a while now I'm pretty hyped about it ( and hyped about aion aswell )

I want a FPS version of these MMO's. I hatez the leveling!

 

Star Wars: Battlefront III is rumored to be under development!!! No "real" information yet.

 

I think we can all agree that regardless of the MMO, as long as it is not produced, managed, funded, or developed by SOE or its subsidaries, the MMO will rock. =)

To be honest, I'm torn between SWOTR and Star Trek Online.

Star Wars Battlefront III is more then secretly under development, its just this studio where it was being developed went under and took the cool engine with it while the license for the game was sold, the current developers are trying to acquire the engine for the ground to space engine even though they already developed a work around, fade to space.

 

Wish someone would look into getting hold of the black sun engine (if its still out there)

Anyhow Startrek Online Looks GREAT!
I think all these new MMORPGS will be great and will be trialing them all.

 

All the players that use Kirk as part of their names can RP it off as being a byproduct of James T.'s super-libido.

The screen shots do look pretty dull and generic. I have no hope for any of the upcoming MMOs, but Star Trek is the one I'm looking the most forward to playing. Wonder what your gonna have to do to grind in this game considering how safe most of Federation space is, I hope you don't have to go out and get an advanced engineering degree!
