    If I remember correctly, Lucasarts or some other company effectively doomed the program. Even before Pandemic closed its doors in 2009, the game was cancelled. The only hope for a release now would be a fan project.

    There is a fan project, it's a mod for COD4 to have star wars map, skin and weapons

    Battlefront was awesome... I knew so many NON-Star Wars fans who loved it too. The Jedi/Sith Lord characters sucked though. I'd love for there to be a third.
