Guys, I need to know about the framerates you are getting using the Nvidia GT560M 3GB 192bit laptop graphics card when playing Starcraft 2. I was planning a DevilTech based Clevo P170HM laptop for Christmas, but I found out the new ASUS G74SX-TZ142D laptops came in stock over here in Bulgaria and I start to wonder if one of those would be a better idea (cheaper, won't have to wait for shipping from Germany and we have authorized asus services over here).
So, firstly - I will be using it for Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3. Nothing else (maybe some Valve games too, but they are running fine & maxed on my current laptop so they wont be a problem). I need to know some framerates on the Nvidia GT560M 3GB 192bit in SC2.
1) Ultra settings, 1080p res and 2v2 matchup (with 200 units on map) - how much FPS?
2) Ultra settings, 1366x768 res and 2v2 matchup (with 200 units on map) - FPS?
3) On the custom map Marine Arena, 1080p, High settings - FPS?
I will appreciate any other FPS details in Starcraft 2, I really need to make a choice. The video performance will be mandatory for me to choose whether I need to spend 1600 EUR on a DevilTech machine with AMD6990M or will the ASUS G74SX be enough for about 1250 EUR.
Thanks in advance!!
P.S. I've posted the same request in the Owners Lounge, hope someone sees it before it gets clogged up with other posts.

I dont think it will be quite up for Ultra in a big unit scenario however Ultra also does not bring much to the table over higher/very high.
My 5870M is borderline keeping full frames in multiplayer games. -
The CPU is very important in starcraft 2
I got better frames with my desktop Q6600 + 8800gtx than my i5-480m + 6550m -
Need FPS benchmarks, guys!

Here's a review of the Asus, this is the same model, except it has 3D: Review Asus G74SX-3DE Gaming Notebook - Notebookcheck.net Reviews
Near the bottom it has the exact gaming FPS stuff. -

if you're talking about 800 units in a ladder match at max settings, you'll need the beefiest machine you can afford, and it will still struggle. The 6990m and a fast quad core.
The problem is that ultra settings look more or less equivalent to high settings. There are subtle changes but you would have to look at screen shots to differentiate. Then you have to evaluate whether or not that's really something worth spending hundreds and hundreds of euros upon. -
Heck, I play it with low detail settings with a Core 2 Duo and a 9600M GT and it's still the exact same game. I can't imagine that the difference between high and ultra will enhance the fun of the game one iota. -

yeah, i also play the game on low on my laptop just to keep performance high.
On my high end desktop, I play on high settings generally. Low looks like a totally different game (but it's the same). Medium and up look like SC2, but there is definitely an obvious difference between medium and high. Past high settings, there are subtle differences that you could compare in screen shots at the cost of a massive performance drop. -
Thanks for the replies, guys. I run it on medium, models and animations on high, physics on low and textures on ultra on my sig-laptop. But still....I wanna brag with something that can run it on ultra

I only turn on the eye candy on singleplayer.
On multiplayer i keep it on medium at 1920x1080.
