    So, someone explain this to me. What's the deal? Are we league-locked or not? Division locked? Until the end of the season? If so, about how long is the season?

    I think that lock was only the end of the Season because they wanted to give people a chance to climb to high rank without accidentally entering a new league.

    Now that Season 2 has started everything is back to the way it normally is.
