It just seems weird he was 5 when SC came out. Hope he didn't miss the original command and conquer and warcraft games. Those were my favorites in the 90s.

Don't worry, I'm right behind ya :) Those were indeed amazing games....SC, WC, C&C, and don't forget about the original Diablo!

Dude new command and conquer is trash... Seriously its all about old school C&C... However, I have a feeling SC 2 is going to be better than SC 1 ;). Blizzard games always get better, unlike EA.

Or in WoW's case, boring and cheesy.

With Lich King WoW has jumped the shark. A motorcycle in the game? Really Blizzard?

Needless to say I've cancelled my WoW sub now.

That does not bode well for SC2.....

If they really did mess up the Lich King (I'm not a WoW player) then I hope to God that they sort themselves out before SC2 is released.

I was going to say something, but then the internet itself seemed to swell up around me and respond:

    Need we say more?

Each campaign is 26-30 missions long, according to Blizzard.

The trilogy is going to be epic and by doing it this way with each major release they are going to be listening closely to the community to make the most epic refined Starcraft experience ever. Blizzard made the right choice; this is gong to be HUGE.

Now I just wish they would team up with steam already so I could gt my copy on Steam instead of having to use archaic discs....

SC2 and Diablo III are going to be very high quality games.

I actually rather prefer disks. It just feels so much more substantial :)

Starcraft 2 looks exciting. I do prefer Warcraft 3 to SC1 right now, since there's a lot more spellcasting and fun micromanaging.

I think with all the stuff going on with Steam lately, I'd never let something as precious as three separate SC games be a downloaded item. Must has physical discs.

Yaaaaaaaaaah, ok. Agreed. I guess the box is what I Would want. I have my Starcraft battle chest up on a ledge some where back home and I`d like to put the 3 SC 2 boxes beside it :)

Blizzard actually has their own version of downloading and archiving games. I have D2 and D2:LOD registered on their website and I can download them anytime.

You can register your cd key of your phisical games and then get them added to your account as digital downloads. Makes it very handy to put them on a new computer if your away from your disks or lost them, also no disk needed to play.
