Alright, I've been trying to google this but nothing modern is coming up, though I am sure it has happened before.
I got the normal "clientregistry.blob" error trying to boot up steam so I went ahead and did the recommended delete.
Afterwords I went to restart and steam simply wont start. It "updates" by downloading the clientregistry.blob file again but it tries to start and in processes it shows the steam error exe pop up but no error message and then after a few seconds it disappears.
Ive tried reinstalling, running as admin, etc. Pretty much anything I can think of/find including uninstall + CCleaner reg cleaning.
Thanks in advance

if you can't connect with any server, consider that your ISP is blocking/limiting Steam ports. -
