I just noticed Sleeping Dogs was on this ridiculous 91% off sale, so I bought one key to gift. I might also throw in a key for some other surprise random stuff.

Anyway, I would probably get it. Oh how I hate it when they go aggro on some quality games...

 

I would sure like a copy of that game. I have Samsung Series 7 Chronos NP700Z7C-S01US it should i would hope be able to run that game without a problem. Although i just got it back from Samsung cause they had to put a new motherboard into it and for some reason it has been running hot even just having this one page open the fans are going and its temp is 75c and that seems way to hot for nothng running. oh well

 

It was a bug, they fixed it now.

 

my haul - everything that I would like to get is still expensive, and anything that is so old but still good is still not free to play (like Age of Empires 2)

 

My Steam haul was nothing this holiday season! I got a couple of free games from other people though, including the Metro 2033 giveaway. I would love this game!

 

Hmm Steam Sale, actually mine is weird since I didn't buy anything on Steam, but it's all activated on Steam.

Spec Ops (US, I had Russian and pain in the butt and plan on doing co-op) for $2.49 on Amazon.
The Darkness 2 $4.99, which also came with Duke Nukem and Borderlands GOTY.
- I did a giveaway on Duke and Borderlands
The Humble Bundle (I wanted Dungeon Defenders and The Cave)
- Gave away the rest of the games. Most notable would be Legend of Grimrock and Shank 2
Dead Island GOTY $5.69 on Amazon. Friend and I are co-oping it.

So yeah, would love to get a copy of Sleeping Dogs.
- I'm planning on getting Darksiders 2 package and giveaway Darksiders 1.

 

my steam haul was basically ac3 getting cheap so I could purchase it for my steam acc.. but no -.- same story with dishonered

 

Forced myself not to buy anything during the steam sell since I already have a huge backlog. Wouldn't mind adding sleeping dogs to the list though.

 

I had a decent haul, because the Christmas sale is the first sale on which I've bought anything from Steam/GOG/.

 

I managed to exercise some restraint and didn't buy too many games this time:

Zeno Clash
The Bard's Tale

Was planning to buy CS:GO, but I kept missing it when it was $7.49 - oh well!

My haul this year:
Sleeping Dogs when it was at the bugged price.
Darksiders franchise from Amazon - $8.20 (already had darksiders previously, but with all dlc's for darksiders 2, i couldn't pass it up)
Borderlands 2 & season pass: ~$32 bucks when it was on sale from GMG
Hitman: Absolution for $20 on sale from Amazon

 

I want to win! I had pretty relaxing holiday. But hate going back to school.

 

got metro 2033 in it, a well designed game, but incredibly hungry in terms of GPU Power

 

Just turn off things that don't matter like Tessellation, DOF and Blur.

 

Only bought civ 5 G&K expansion on sale, nothing else really interested me (or I have it already).

 

This looks interesting, but then I remembered my gaming rig is broken today so Hearst is a sad panda.

But I give kudos to hfm for the generous giveaway, unlike a certain someone I know who shall remain anonymous... that meanie.

I'mt not entering as I already finished the game and also on the last two sales I bought a lot of games...In the last a bit over 3 months over 230 games on steam and origin.

 

I'd love to get in on Sleeping Dogs - I'm fascinated by the fact that it's set in Hong Kong (though mainland China would be more interesting to me).

My Steam haul was STALKER: Clear Sky to complete my STALKER collection and Batman: Arkham Asylum, both in gifts until I choose to give/trade/play them.

I also got the D&D bundle and A New Beginning on GOG this season. Anything else? I don't think so.

 

Part of my Steam haul was Terraria.... Oops, there goes all free time I had left in my life...

 

I bought it for $2.50 in mid-December 2011 and my gametime was somewhere around 160 hours when I forced myself to uninstall it and delete all of my save information in mid-January 2012.
