    "Does Steam Trading mean I can sell my used games?

    No, only games that have been bought as a gift, and thus have never been played, can be traded. Once the Steam Gift is opened and added to your game library, you won’t be able to trade it again."

    The games are not your property really, you have a licence to use it, and in order to use it you have accepted it before playing

    You mean Steam? Steam is a marketplace only, they don't "own" the games they sell (unless those games are from Valve, of course, but in the end I believe the 2 companies are well sepparated). Each company (Ubisoft, EA...) enstablish the "rules of engagement", or licence on each game they own and sell through Steam.

    I know I make a lot of mistakes on my explanation, and is not my intention to go on debate (again!)
