    Steam is not working

    I tried to install steam (i previously only used skidrow games) after the steam update and sign up. I launched steam and it's now stuck in "connecting to account" and login screen


    HELP?

    try rebooting your computer and then sign in to steam again

    Try deleting "clientregistry.blob" in your Steam folder and start Steam again. It'll have to download some stuff.

    I had the exact issue as OP. It was fixed by port forwarding on DLS router.
    UDP 27000 - 27030
    TCP 27014 - 27050
