That doesn't have much to do with modern cards- if you'll notice, the most popular GPU is the 8800, and then the 9800. If you'll remember, the ATI competition at that time was the HD 2000-3000 series, neither of which were too successful.

The 4000 series and up were very successful against the GTX 200+, but most gamers simply aren't using cards that new.

I wouldn't worry about red vs green

I'm one of the few people who use Norton AV.

    I am the 1.78%.

And we are the almost 99% (in that we don't use norton AV)

    Also, get better AV.

lol. But seriously, I don't have a problem with this AV. The most annoying thing its ever done was to automatically quarantine files I knew that were safe. But a quick recovery of that file and forget about it. :)

Well, as many machines that I've installed Steam on, I'd say 80% AMD, 20% nvidia.

As far as AV, I choose free over paid, because there's so many good free options available.

Technically never paid for mine. Comcast gave a free Norton AV. Strangely though, my family switched to DISH network and everyone else's AV was terminated except mine so far. O_O

Not sure what that means considering the majority of MW3 players are on consoles.

I play TF2, CS and lately been trying to play Oblivion but I keep finding mods I want to install; want the best Oblivion experience, then move onto Skyrim. :)

I was playing Morrowind and NWN2 the last few months. Since Skyrim came out I have been playing that and nothing else.

Lately I'm not sure my gameplay has cracked the double digits of concurrent users - I'm trying to get through Indigo Prophecy (aka Fahrenheit - wish it had been out on GOG when I bought it...). I hate, hate, hate the whole "press X to not die" gameplay mechanic that it uses from time to time (I would not like God of War), but other than that it's a really interesting, genre-bending game.
