I have a problem where I can't load HL2 EP1 or DOD:S. When I load a map, the map loads 3/4 of the way through then it freezes and won't respond no matter what. I have fixed this problem by installing the Omega 6.5 drivers but after I installed Omega 6.5, my computer will always freeze on startup everytime I boot up my system, it gets up to the point where my Background is loaded and everything but after that, the computer will not respond at all. I have to manually turn it off and start it up again and then, same problem. Startup freeze. I've never had Steam freezing while trying to load a map ever since I installed Catalyst 6.5. Now I'm having that problem with 6.6 Catalyst also. I hope 6.7 can fix this. I've already read through Steam support and it's not helping.

BTW, how big was the Mobility Catalyst driver file? Is it like 0.66MB?

Thanks, so you think 0.66MB for mobility Catalyst is too small or abnormal?

The software which finds the driver for you from the internet is 0,66MB. So it's not the actual driver. If you use this software you ensure that your system is compatible with the new driver. It blocks the installation of the mobility Catalyst 6.7 if your system is not fully compatible.

Here's a link to the actual mobility Catalyst 6.7 driver package: http://www.ati.com/online/mobilecatalyst/

It's about 33,5MB in size and includes the Catalyst Control Center.
