Awesome deal IMO, all Dark Forces and Jedi Knight games now available. I used to play all these games when I was younger. Good times...

Who wants to have a 4 player game of Jedi Knight? I think that's the max it allows, haha. I played that game for probably over a year on the good ol' MSN Gaming Zone.

Unfortunately I really wanted to play JK1 the most, but apparently it has the most problems. I'm going to try it on my system, hopefully it has less problems than what many others are having.

And it doesn't have the CD Music, so that's pretty lame...

So that everyone who wants to play Jedi Knight 1, I got it running, but it took some tweaking in the Nvidia Control Panel. You might have to do the same for ATI cards as well. I followed this post:
    http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=186129

Basically, just make sure Anisotropic filtering, AA, AA transparency, and conformant texture clamp are all off. 3D acceleration works now for me, and looks decent. The game didn't age very well... but it's still a good game.

Just deathmatch, TDM, and CTF. I'm not sure if there is more than 4 players that can play now.

Jedi Academy can have only up to four players. Jedi Outcast can have up to 32 players. I just finished getting my butt kicked by some Brazilian clan in a TFFA.

I love the Jedi Knight games, shame to hear they really didnt update these for Vista compatibility and that you have to mess around with things to get them working.

I was waiting for this just for that reason as I have the originals.

We really need to get a game going on Outcast. I just destroyed a bunch cocky Jedi trying to gang up on me the whole match.

I was unsure about getting this because it just seems like its 2 decent games (Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast) packed together with 3 other older games I probably wouldn't play. Then I found this deal from direct2drive.

    http://www.direct2drive.com/2/8519/product/Buy-Jedi-Knight-Bundle-Download

Basically its Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, and Dark Forces for 14.99.

I'm probably gonna go with direct to drive's version.

If you want Widescreen support in Jedi knight outcast and Academy go in the game folder and look GameData\base\jk2config.cfg Open with Wordpad or notepad.

    seta r_mode "-1"
    seta r_customwidth "1920"
    seta r_customheight "1200"

at the bottom of the file, add seta cg_fov "115"

Change that 1920x1200 to what ever widescreen res you want.

I know that they are all bots but one guy in your pic Soviet :)

I just replayed that game last week. I only like jedi academy, the single saber gets boring after a while in outcast.

Yeah, the zero ping is a dead giveaway. To be honest, I've never played Jedi Academy. When I have time this week, I'll try it out. I hope there is more multiplayer action on Academy than there is Outcast.
