    Should I?

This was partly because I didn't have a good enough PC at the time but now I do as I just built a new one recently. Should I try the games out?

I have played them all, But i preferred Crysis 2, One of my friends did not like the first Crysis, but i asked him to try Crysis 2 and he says he loves it.

Just watch a few video`s on youtube to see what the gameplay is like.

I hated Crysis 2 and liked the previous two instead. Crysis 2 had stupid checkpoint saves whearas the previous 2 had quicksave anytime.

Yeah play Crysis 1 and Crysis Warhead (Crysis 1 expansion, basically simultaneous events from an alternative perspective); Crysis 2 is a hit-and-miss.

I played through the Crysis singleplayer demo and found it...a bit boring. :(

The action does not seem intense enough. Maybe it gets better later in the game?

Let's just say Crysis and Warhead expansion both have 2 phases, the first phase = slow phase where you mostly deal with Koreans, and the second phase = very fast paced alien-smashing action. Some like the first phase, others like the second. Personally I find both interesting in their own ways.

They are not must plays like say Half Life but the first Crysis was pretty revolutionary in pc game graphics and was pretty fun.

To my memory, I did not care for Warhead nor Crysis 2 quite as much as the first. Warhead was good but just not all areas of it.

My only issue with the first crisis was a few bugs and also the difficulty spikes.

I really like Crysis and Crysis Warhead, I like Warhead a bit more the character Psycho is a bit more interesting that Nomad. Runs a bit better as well. Crysis 2 is alright, has a bit of a console stink to it.

Crysis 1 was the best if not else then because you can destroy everything in the first beach scene where you have to disable the disruption antenna. :D And generally it was fun just throwing grenades around and watch pieces of everything fly lol.

Warhead actually had a rather interesting character development and story, but I can't quite remember how fun it was to play. If I remember correctly, it was better than crysis 1 however.

I can't separate the events of C1 and Warhead, so I might be mixing things. Either way both were really good.

Crysis 2, eh. I loved the graphics and all. Story was ok too, but I'm just not so fond of the city scene at all, nor the new functions of the nanosuit. It's a good game in itself but has a way different feel to it than the previous games.

Loved all of them but I think that crysis 2 was too much of a walk in the park .(as in in the single player the suit can really take a beating and you still walk away, I played the second highest difficulty I think - things might be different with the hardest, dunno really but it just felt way too easy compared to the first two games)

You would want to play all of them just to bask in the glorious Cryengines if anything else.

Both Crysis and Crysis 2 have great graphics. The gameplay on the other hand was incredibly boring too me too. Maybe it's because I played FPSes since Doom and got bored by companies constantly remaking the same freaking game in the last 20 years, adding nothing except improved graphics. As stated, the old Half-Life is light years ahead and definitely my favorite FPS. My suggestion is if you value great graphics over mediocre gameplay (not that bad, just nothing really original) -- get it.

I played C1 and C2 and didn't like either. IMHO, feels extremely "sci-fi"... (and I am a big Skyrim fan, but thats different). And graphic-wise, I don't find them that impressive.

After playing a minute of COD or Battlefield, I have no intentions of reinstalling either Crysis, ever...

Crysis 1 was my favorite out of the 3. I did not care for Warhead after playing it for an hour or so. Currently playing Crysis 2 and its alright but its not wowing with the same experience I had with Crysis 1. If anything just play 1 and 2 and they are usually on sale so you can get them really cheap.

Crysis 1 is one of the best FPS'ses of all time, definitely up there with classics like Half-Life and Doom. Anyone who says all it has going for it are the graphics is simply wrong. Warhead is more of the same, feels like an expansion pack.
Crysis 2 was a bit on the meh side, but it was still decent.

Crysis is really fun. The AI isn't good but that was part of the fun. The open environment and the way you could destroy things made it even more fun.

Crysis 2 I played on hardest difficulty and it wasn't hard at all. DX 11 mode looks at last better than the original but so far not particularly playable until I get a 7970M or better.

Warhead isn't as good looking as the orginal but still good fun.

Crysis was beautiful, but the gameplay was subpar and the plot was horrible. I haven't played Crysis 2 because Crysis was such a let down. Far Cry (the original) was far better, and if anything, still the best of Crytek's games.

I only have Crysis 2. I prefer the urban setting so I decided to buy this. Will be buying Crysis 1 and Warhead when I have the money though.
