    Hey everyone
I just installed FS2004 under vista for the first time and noticed this bizarre coloration. Anyone know what's up? I have only before used FS2004 on my XP machine and the colors were fine. Thanks

The simplistic answer to your question is: Old software on Vista=strange things happen. You could try a different driver.

Look like 16bit colors or textures or something, is there an option to set things to 32bit?

Otherwise...try lowering all of your settings to minimum and see if the problem goes away. Then you can check to see what causes it by sequentially turning on settings.

Does look like 16bit color mode is running... I've run 2004 under Vista fine, got a copy installed right now actually, and it looks normal... so, either a setting in the display settings, or try updating the video driver...

I don't think it's a Vista issue though, as i've got it running on two seperate Vista machines fine.

Good luck though, my first thing would be video driver update, then tinker around with the display and texture settings.
