This happens only during the cutscenes. Tiny white dots appear and follow the scene around and lag behind it. They seem to correspond with bright parts of the textures and rubberband around the screen. I'm running it almost maxed out (ultra textures) on a 970. Anyone experienced this or know of a fix?

Are you overclocked? That used to happen to me in some games, if my memory was too high.

So this is interesting. If I alt tab out of the game, and come back, the dots are gone. I just have to do it each time I start the game up.
