    OKay just a little advice maybe you guys can give me some help.

    game I stream League of Legends
    own3d.tv
    stream with - xsplit + shift window (play game in windowed mode)
    resolution 720p
    now i figure out my glitchy / laggyness in game. i put scale viewpoint to 10%
    now my second question is in major team fights I lag i go down to like 20-25fps and i just lag. Is there anyway to help with this.

    League of legends- in game settings
    no shadows
    character detail high
    environment medium
    effects very low

    xsplit
    quality- 5 max bitrate 1200
    audio format 44.1khz 16bity stereo codec mp3
    bitrate 64k
    i get a little lag when certain people. or major battle comes in

    Now my question is if i overclock my gpu would that help? or would overclock my cpu help even more my computer is the laptop in my sig.
