In Source engine games, using my mouse to look gives me a stutter- but turning with the arrow keys or moving forward and back it's smooth as butter. I'm on a T5800 2.0 ghz, Vista 64 2 gb ram, GF 9600M GT. I noticed the stutter using 180.84, I went back to 178.24 but it's still here. Any ideas? This is really weird.

Oh, and I have vsync on- it seems when I move the mouse, the frame rate goes above the vsync cap for a split second, possibly. Not sure if it's related.
