We've already been waiting so long for Crysis. At this stage, I'm just not interested in it anymore, really. Too - far too much hype - over the impressive physics and game engine in general, but there's only so many videos of a chain gun mowing down trees that I can watch and stay interested. Anyone else feel this? A few months ago I would have rushed out and bought the game. These days, I'm not even sure if I will buy it.

A game called Haze has taken over more of my interest as of late - it looks just as pretty in my opinion, I'm sure its not as impressive in other tech sections as Crysis but at least there's plenty of action available...

I think it still looks like a decent game. I just hope there is a demo. I like when games have demos so I can try it out first. For console games, I just rent them first. But I like demos better cause when I rent a game I end up beating it and then have no reason to buy it. :(

It's got nice graphics, but tbh, I'm not a big fan of those uber-realistic graphics, especially not if the setting is the usual "US dude killing koreans/vietnamese/arabians".

And the gameplay? Well, all I've seen so far is a customizable gun. And how exactly does that differ from just having multiple guns to choose from?

Well the Nanosuit seems also a pretty new and great idea to me. Hopefully it's not overpowered in the full game, like it seems to be in those videos. Cool addition to the suit would be stealth ability, which would allow some level of fading to the environment, just like in the Predator movies but not so close to invisibility as Predators have.. :)

This is propably the next game I'm going to buy. And Yes, I don't buy many games. I like games that lasts long and that have some kind of replayability and modding value. What I'm worried about Crysis is the singleplayer being too short..

The best part about that is when Nvidia released the Fx5200 it was marketed as the recommended solution for games like STALKER and featured screenshots of it in several promotions at very high res and settings.

I'd say when it finally comes out the Fx5200 wont even be on the supported list. :D
