I am not much of a gamer but since I bought this XPS, I have been playing Call of Duty 4 a lot! I am getting tired of it though... :p can you suggest me a great shooter like CoD4, with online game play? Also, not anything like Crysis please, something close to reality as possible hehe..

Counter Strike Source! Or perhaps try America's Army, I think it's free.

Combat Arms is the big free one. PLayed it for awhile (not COD4 caliber graphics though) and it was pretty fun. If you just want to space out on a FPS multiplayer match it can do the trick. Takes forever to level up though.

don't play combat arms, granted it was pretty good, better graphics and better action most other free mmofps. when i started it, it was fun. then few weeks after, in game cheating just exploded. now no matter where you go, which room or server or game you play, there will always be at least 2 cheaters. once i went to a room full of cheaters, all wallhacking, glichiting, using aimbots and etc. its so sickening. but when you happen to play a legit game its pretty fun. i uninstalled it cause finding a legit game is basically non-existent atm. nexon needs to do something about the cheating.

I would certainly have to agree with the cheating. Some of them were quite comical though, like when a dude would run around so fast you couldn't see him, or a guy would be facing away from you and shoot you in the head. I would also agree that online multiplayer can be quite iffy at times.

I just wish TF2 had some sort of persistent tracking like COD4. That game unleashed my inner RPG I think. Just couldn't get hooked onto TF2 after playing COD4 for over 100 hours.

Already said, but Orange box is essential, great games good price.
Even though you said you wanted something realistic, Bioshock is OUTSTANDING. It plays like a crazy sci-fi movie, but you will need a decent system for it.
