    Hey,

Hope someone can help me. I need a Microsoft DirectX 9 capable graphics card with at least 64MB of VRAM.

I'm not too familiar with it so was hoping someone could recommend one?

I've been looking towards buying a laptop with an FX360M card or differnet one with a nVidia Quadro NVS 135M card.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm going to be using Abobe CS3.3 Web design software and the 3D features in Adobe Photoshoop CS3 need a graphics card with those basic requirements. Also I would like to have more than just the minimum.
I wont really be doing any gaming.

Your best bet would be to get a lower-end Quadro, or GeForce card, and get a higher-end processor, and lots of ram, because Photoshop is very processor-intensive.

Photoshop CS3 doesn't currently make use of the graphics card so it wouldn't help there really.

Photoshop CS4 will support 64-bit architecture and will utilize the GPU to do things quicker. I'm sure it will run okay with integrated graphics though but will just be more similar to CS3 is now.
