I want to start a list of NBR members that have SSB: Brawl for the Wii so that we can get online and game.

I am having no luck with the "play anybody" option it always disconnects me while waiting for other players, except only 1 time, just once I got into a game with one other player but that game lagged so bad, it was like .2fps seriously only ever few seconds did the game move.

I do not think my setup with my router is incorrect, as its on full DMZ for testing and I have had no issues with anything in the past.

Anyways another story for another thread :p

Please in this thread post your friend code, and we can all add each other.

    My Code is: 0774-4114-6090

Vicious, I'm curious what do you play as? I'm one of those annoying bastards that can embarrass people with a bright yellow electric rodent :) I would put the number up but the Wii isn't mine sadly...

Im brand new to Brawl just got it 2 days ago, I beat the subspace emissary so I got to use a handfull of characters.

My favorite and main guy is Link since I was so good with him back in the day, but I really like Ike and that Aura pokemon the blue one his name I forget at the moment.

even if his power didn't increase when his damage counter goes up, he would still be a rocker in this game.

zelda also kicks, link is good, and the blue guy. sonic and snake can also be fun if used correctly...

Toon link is the only character than really gives me trouble... Sonic is a whore when he gets his final smash but is otherwise pie... I just wish Pika's final smash wasn't so hard to steer...

I don't own the game, but I played it, and so far I like the new character Pit. My friends and I thought it was random for Nintendo to bring in such a old game character, but after playing him he's not so bad. I like spamming that wheel of fire move, if you keep tapping B when he is performing the move you can have the person trapped in it for quite a long time.

I got my "play with anybody" working I think. I had to eliminate the daisy chain of routers I had. I had my linksys as the main router as it was our original router with our wired setup. When I got my laptop since I needed wireless I ended up getting a buffalo air station wireless G mimo and using it as a access point and tied it into the other router.

Worked fine for everything up until now, even picky stuff that required ports open like bit torrent. The Wii however rejected it (or rather SSB rejected it because I have done many online things with the Wii), so I now have everything going thru the Buffalo and have static IP's up, manual DNS and all that jazz. Just got done with a game of 4 people and we did like 4 rounds. Abit laggy but playable.

BTW this buffalo is hands down the best router ever, the setup config for it is 10x better than my linksys or my old Dlink, the quality and performance are on par or better aswell. Best thing is that it told me what was connected to it on the setup screen and I could see the Wii connected and give it a static IP very easy, then setup port forwarding.

Im going to add everybody in right now, PiP on a 37" computer monitor FTW can be on PC and game at same time.

Hey, I got mine, it's 3007-7749-1613, if you want my actual Wii code, just PM me. One word, however, I don't get a chance to play often since I'm a student.
