Im looking for a cheap, 20-25 inch HD tv, that could be used for cable/xbox 360/computer screen. I need to keep the price under 700 bucks :)

Look at Vizio. I have a 32in lcd that I bought for $600 at Sam's club and it works great for both my 360 and Wii. I haven't hooked my computer up to it yet but it supports up to 1366x768. They also have 26in and 20in for even less. But if you want a higher resolution look for another brand.
