I just got this game today and hoped to play it on my computer.
I installed it and then went to run it and it seems like its starting up but then the screen goes black and then a message pops up saying that TDU has crashed.
I have already tried re installing the game but nothing.

Anybody have an idea what the problem is?

Try running it as administrator and if that doesn't work try compatability mode with Win XP

No I'm using the default ones for my model.
I've been doing some googleing and it looks like there might be an issue with tdu and vista 64 bit or 4gb ram.

I'm not sure what it is but there might be a solution somewhere

Vista 64 bit can be flaky. I have Vista 64 on my desktop dual boot with WinXP 32bit. Needless to say I run WinXP 100% of time for gaming.

I tried that and nothing :(
I'm currently downloading tdu patch 1.66a.
Danget! No difference! I hate game makers that do this sort of cr@p.
They make a game that is picky about everything like the amount of memory and what os you're using and bit type. "Oooh you don't have enough memory. Oooh you have to much memory"
