Links are being whacky for me right now, but sure enough it's 10 dollars.
Scfi-fi Shooter MMO, I might as well try it for 10 dollars lol.
Enjoy

It is an MMO. Eventually (after maybe 1 month free), you'll need to start paying 10-15 bucks a month to keep playing.
I beta'd it, it is quite good, I'd call it WoW with guns and random base assaults. -
Think it's worth a try? -
It is definately worth a try, it really does some neat stuff with the MMO formula. If it was 50 bucks I'd say no, but 10 bucks great. -
I personally didn't like it. Played lots of MMOs in my day and it was alright, but boring after awhile. When I first played I said to myself "OMG its a shooter," but after awile you realize your just auto aiming and pressing a mouse button over and over. There is no skill involved, and nothing hooked me in. I am sure alot has changed since the phase of the beta I played, but its just a generic mmo. There is also only one faction so no world PvP or anything like that. I am a PvP fan so that discourages me. It could be great though. Just my initial feeling.

I was in the beta of TR. The game had potential and I think they were working on some aspects of it. The market (like WoW or EVE) isn't really there yet and the game seemed to be lacking that feeling of a massive community. Also, personally I think in order for a Sci-Fi mmo to be successful they need to combine both space and terrestrial elements into the game. It needs to be EPIC in scope. Ship customization and battles, planetary discoveries, etc. They need to breed TR with EVE Online and then it would be awesome.

TR + EVE + Planetside = Best SciFi MMO Ever.

If you haven't seen it already, Zero Punctuation's review of a beta version of Tabula Rasa:

Aren't ZP reviews the greatest? That was hilarious as usual.

I played 2 months. I don't know how it is now but I say the main problem was that there are not enough people--- or many wants to solo everything
