Its not listed in the section that lists the different peripherals. Can someone let me know the category this card would be undeR? (moderate, serious, extreme gaming?)

When it came out I think it was moderate. Right now it would be low . It is a directx8.1 card and gets about 5500 3dMaro01 and 850 3dMarks03.

It is a very poor card for modern gaming.

I have a 9600 ATI which is quite better then the 9000. However it still sucks at gaming all the new games are played at very low settings at very low resolutions with some exceptions such as Half life 2 and Counter Strike Source which run at a mix of medium - high settings.

So yea the 9000 is a very crap card.

The MR 9000 is better than an integrated Intel GMA950 for gaming but it is not something you'd want to use for the latest games.
