Nah, I will never pay a monthly fee to play a game. I'd rather play C9 or Mabinogi Heroes when they come out here.

So make a gameplay basis on a silly poster? It's clear she does her crunches and avoids McDonalds. Other than that it looks like an ancient D&D poster a 15 year old would drool over.

Gameplay should be very interesting. This isn't a point and click MMO. You will have to aim and be aware of how far away you are from the target.

So say you are a mage, you have to aim where to cast spell and then be aware how far away you are. Same for melee etc. You can't click on target like you do in WoW or any other traditional MMO.

So I wouldn't shrug off Tera as others have. FYI, Tera Online won the most anticipated game at the Game Developer's conference. So if developers view Tera as the most exciting upcoming game, tells you something.

I'm looking forward to GW2, but if this eschewed the monthly fee I might consider it

Oh look, another fantasy MMO. I'm sure this one will unseat WoW. You know, just like how Guild Wars, Age of Conan, Warhammer Online, Aion, Tabula Rasa, Hellgate: London, and Final Fantasy XI all killed WoW. Wait...

WoW is the Windows of the MMO world. The only company that can kill WoW now is Blizzard.

Oh come on... The more choice the better! Publishers know by now that nothing will unseat WoW, so they set their goal at carving a loyal niche. I like it that way, because I get to play more games... some are even fun!

just like how the warcraft series spawned world of warcraft, i would like to see the assassin's creed series spawn an MMORPG of its own.
that'll be a sight to see.

and these are the reasons that made me have faith in the game
