Hitting shelves in about 5 weeks.
It says min reqs are 2Ghz, 1GB, 256MB.
Has anyone played this(demo) at min req's on a Core 2 T7200, 1(or 2)GB and X1600? If so please post up how it plays with your machine specs.

There was a BETA avaible, I played it on my notebook but it had a low frame rate at 800x600 everything at Low. But I think thats because my notebook is slow and not for gaming. I have an AMD Turion MT-32 (Clocked @ 2.0GHZ) 512MB ram and a Geforce Go 7300. At 800x600 everything at low I had 18 FPS. So I think it will run smooth at an Core 2 Duo, 1Gb and an Ati X1600. No problem for that machine!

Sorry for by bad language, but i'm Dutch. I wanted to help you so therefore i reply'd, sorry

It's a very demanding game, especially if you have HDR turned on. So maybe if you run without HDR you might be able to run it at high settings, though I doubt it. I play with HDR and Medium settings, the only thing medium settings do is to lower the draw distance nothing more.

I don't really know if HDR is worth it.. Yeah it looks cool but I'd rather have something that didn't blind me and made the game smoother

The game uses alot of performance, with my G1 I play on 800x600, settings all low, it runs smooth. But as soon as I go higher to 1024x768 it starts to lag a bit. The world detail are extremely graphics oriented. I thought maybe something not right with my graphics card, but I really doubt it. And why buy if you can download from torrent? To test the game, ofcourse. I've never been a Test Drive fan, and still I prefer NFS over TD.

800*600 and everything lowest with Dell E1505 Core Duo T2050, 1GB RAM, ATI X1400. Gameplay somewhat smooth with a few lags. 24-30fps averages. So you can get an idea about the performance... :D

On my ASUS G1 Notebook (C2D@2 Ghz, 2g RAM, nVidia Ge Forge Go 7700 512 RAM) it runs pretty nice at about 30 FPS with the following settings:

    Resolution: 1280x720
    Antialiasing: NONE
    Level of Detail: HIGH
    Radial Blur: 50%

I too found that having HDR enabled really crippled performance. I can play it at 1440x900 with HDR off and high detail @ 35fps, but if I enable HDR I can only play it at best at 1280x800 with medium detail, at an average of 23-ish fps. Scary stuff to be honest, but HDR makes the game look and feel so lovely and lush. Some of the best HDR lighting I have seen in any game,

Seems like you need a 7950GTX or X1900X to max this game out.
